We are pleased to have the lovely Sue Traynor as our Guest speaker.

Sue Traynor a Registered Mental Health Nurse with 25 years experience in a range of settings involving functional and organic presentations. Trained in CBT and Mindfulness which she uses in her work with people living with some aspect of mental distress, stress or just the effects of today’s experiences within society. Qualifying as a Natural Juice therapist 6 years ago enabled her to work with people looking at the effects of “what they do or don’t feed their bodies”and how that impacts on mood and behaviour. This along with an interest and love of essential oils allows a holistic approach to ensuring that we use a more natural approach to achieving good mental health. Sue works with people to support them to develop an effective tool kit to help navigate the stresses and strains of everyday everyday life. She uses many vehicles to achieve this including essential oils, diet, talking therapies, mood boards.

There will be “free” refreshments available during the morning, and a goody bag to take away.

Doors will open at 10:30am
