What is Juice Therapy

Natural Juice Therapy (NJT) has been around in one guise or another for many centuries. It has been used by some of the world’s most renowned leaders in nutritional therapy for use in the prevention and treatment of disease.

NJT uses the unique blend of healing properties found within the natural juices of fruits and vegetables to aid the body to optimum health. Freshly extracted fruit and vegetable juices furnish the body with the perfect balance of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, carbohydrates, ant-oxidants and enzymes.

"Carol has been amazing, I asked for her to help me with one specific thing (IVF) but her advice has given me so much more, she’s opened up my eyes to the bigger picture, the whole world of Juicing, healthy eating and living and how it effects every aspect of mine and everyone else’s life."
Rebecca from Surrey

"Once again, loved your Workshop and would highly recommend anyone wanting to know why we need to start juicing for our health, should certainly attend any of your forthcoming events. A great day out!"
Dee from London
